How it works

Workshops

Bringing teams from “good” to high‑performing—without the eye‑rolls or trust falls

Group 29.png

1 · Listen & Clarify

We start with a 30‑minute call to nail down your “why”—the business problem, team tension, or growth goal you want solved. You leave knowing exactly what success looks like.

2 · Assess the Current Reality

Depending on the need, we run a quick diagnostic—often a Five Dysfunctions of a Team survey, a Working Genius scan, or pulse interviews—to surface trust gaps, decision bottlenecks, and communication blind spots.

3 · Design the Session

No stock decks here. We blend the right framework to fit your culture:

Core Framework

Best For

Five Dysfunctions of a Team

Building trust, healthy conflict, shared accountability

Working Genius / Strengths

Clarifying roles, boosting engagement

Conscious Leadership (15 Commitments)

Raising self‑awareness, shifting mindsets

OKR / Strategic Alignment

Connecting mission to daily execution

You approve the agenda before we lock it in.

4 · Facilitate the Workshop

Energy over lecture. Expect break‑outs, real cases, and zero sugar‑coating.
Formats: 2‑hour micro‑labs • ½â€‘day intensives • full‑day offsites.
Location: your office, an offsite retreat, or virtual—whatever serves the objective.

5 · Create the Playbook

We turn post‑it notes into a 2‑page action plan—owners, deadlines, and simple KPIs. No homework, no progress: we make next steps painfully clear.

6 · Embed & Measure

Thirty days later we reconvene (15‑minute virtual huddle) to check progress, troubleshoot roadblocks, and keep the momentum alive. Optional add‑ons:

  • 1:1 leadership coaching for key players

  • Quarterly refresher sessions

  • Executive peer‑group enrollment (Vistage)

Typical Outcomes

  • Higher Trust: Teams speak candidly and push ideas, not people.

  • Cleaner Decisions: Clear ownership slashes swirl and “meeting after the meeting.”

  • Greater Accountability: Peer‑driven follow‑through instead of top‑down policing.

Faster Results: Aligned priorities drive execution—and morale follows.

“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response.”

Viktor Frankl
