Andy’s leadership journey spans more than three decades—from being the first employee at Garage Technology Ventures during the dot-com boom, to co-founding a patent advisory firm, to helping scale RPX Corp to $300M and a successful IPO. His operational experience provides him with uncommon insight into growth strategy, fundraising, team leadership, and sustainable scaling.

He is especially passionate about supporting organizations that are scaling fast and building a better world.

Andy holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management. He has certifications and trainings by the Center for Executive Coaching, iEQ9 Enneagram, Working Genius, Conscious Leadership Group, and more. He serves on the Northwestern University Leadership Circle board and mentors emerging and impact leaders through multiple initiatives.

Andy lives in San Francisco with his amazing wife, Stacey, and has two exceptional children, Audrey and Nathan. You’ll often find him in nature—skiing, swimming, biking, or trail running—or deep in conversation about leadership, legacy, and the power of purpose.
