Andy Scott is a trusted guide for high-performing leaders who are scaling purpose-driven companies while navigating the pressures of leadership. As a certified executive coach, seasoned entrepreneur, and Vistage Chair, Andy leads confidential peer advisory groups and one-to-one coaching relationships that empower high-performing leaders to make better decisions, grow faster, and lead with greater clarity and purpose.

Over the past 30+ years, Andy has built, led, and advised companies across sectors—from being the first employee at Garage Technology Ventures during the dot-com boom, to co-founding a patent advisory firm, to helping scale RPX Corp to $300M in revenue and a successful IPO. Along the way, he’s developed deep operational insight into growth strategy, fundraising, leadership development, and sustainable scaling.

Andy brings a unique blend of startup grit, strategic frameworks, and emotional intelligence to his coaching. He is known for creating spaces of high trust, challenge, and care where CEOs can speak candidly, be held accountable, and access the wisdom of their peers. His approach blends practical tools with deep personal insight, helping leaders build not just better companies, but better lives.
In addition to his role as Chair of a diverse and high-performing Vistage CEO group, Andy is the Founder of Scott Summit Group, where he supports growth-stage leaders through tailored coaching and advisory work. He is passionate about helping companies that are building a better world.
Andy holds a B.A. from Northwestern University, an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management, and certifications from the Center for Executive Coaching, the iEQ9 Enneagram program, TruScore 360, Working Genius, and the Conscious Leadership Group. He also serves on the Northwestern University Leadership Circle board and mentors emerging and impact leaders through various initiatives.

When he’s not coaching or facilitating, you’ll find Andy in nature skiing, swimming, biking, or trail running or deep in conversation about leadership, legacy, and the power of purpose.

Andy lives in San Francisco and is blessed to have a fantastic wife, Stacey, and two exceptional children, Audrey and Nathan.
