Step 1: Discovery Call

Every engagement begins with a short, agenda-free conversation to explore your goals, challenges, and whether we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about where you are, where you want to go, and what’s standing in the way.

Step 2: Vision + Assessment

If we decide to move forward, we’ll take a 360º look at your leadership style, company context, personal vision and goals.

This phase often includes:

We’ll design a coaching program together, a plan to:
